The City of Sunrise Beach Village is one of three incorporated cities in Llano County (Llano, the County seat, and Horseshoe Bay are the others).  The key to the success of our community is the incredible amount of volunteer work contributed by our citizens on a daily basis.  The efforts of these volunteer citizens, which is evident every where you turn, have allowed us to keep our property taxes at a minimum.  There are many opportunities for you to become involved in your community. 

I hope that you will join us.  Whether you live here full time or just come up on the weekends, why don’t you plan to attend the Potluck Supper on the first Friday of next month?  Cook up your favorite recipe and come meet your new neighbors!

City Hall is open weekdays (except holidays) from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.  If there is any way that we can help you, just stop by or give us a call.  Please feel free to participate and enjoy the Sunrise Beach Village Community!

ELECTRICAL SERVICE: Provided by Central Texas Electric Co-op, 706 Cottonwood Dr. in Kingsland.  For electrical services call 388-4542.  For power outages call 247-4191.

WATER: Provided by LCRA UHL Water Systems, P.O. Box 667, Buchanan, TX, phone 512 793-6831 or toll-free 1 877 718-4396.  The local Sunrise Beach operation is at 705 Circle Drive at the airport.  Phone 512 793-6831. Water bill payments can also be dropped off at a designated drop box at City Hall.

SCHOOLS: Sunrise Beach is located in the Llano ISD and school bus service is available for all children in our community.

MEALS ON WHEELS: Our local chapter delivers hot meals to our elderly and shut-in subscribers.  Volunteers are always needed!

RECYCLING: Used oil and filters are collected at City Hall (behind the Civic Center) ($.50 per filter).  Aluminum cans are collected behind the Fire Department during normal hours of operation.
